The homeowners came to McHale wanting to make their land into a family playground, complete with a pool, tennis court, putting green, horseshoes, volleyball, rollerblading/jogging track, and an informal but level field for practicing football. They had recently purchased two adjacent undeveloped lots, enabling their dreams to be realized. We purposefully left the tennis court on one of the adjacent properties and kept the pool and pool house on the original plot to allow the land to be separated back into three lots if desired in the future. Using exotic stone for patios and walls and an open and contemporary design, our design and installation teams created the perfect home resort to Staycation!
