MAGNIFICENT WATERFRONT ESTATE
Easton, MD
The unique project at this expansive estate involved the complete renovation of a formal 4-acre Edwardian style garden originally laid out in the late 19th century. The renovation, spanning three years, involved transplanting mature specimens of Crape Myrtle, Virginia cedar and 40-year old Osmanthus with 15′ spread. All garden areas required extensive soil improvement, grading, underdrainage and irrigation. Plantings were selected for pest resistance, winter interest and strong architectural form.
