Acquisition of Well-Established Residential Landscape Company Bucks Trend of Commercial Mergers
UPPER MARLBORO, October 29, 2018 – McHale Landscape Design, a high-end residential design-build landscape contractor operating in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets, is proud to announce its strategic acquisition of Green Gardens, Inc.

A definitive purchase agreement was finalized in September 2018.
For more than 50 years, Green Gardens has offered residential landscape and maintenance services to a substantial customer base, including clients in Northwest D.C., Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, and McLean, Va., as well as multiple estates in upper Montgomery and Frederick counties.
