Using the App

In the Morning

Clock into the yard task when you get to the office
Stay clocked into the yard until you leave to go to the first job
- Travel time is always charged to the job while you’re on the way there

During the Day

You should always be clocked into something except during lunch.
- Clock out of all jobs for 30 minutes during your lunch break.
When you finish work on a property clock out of that job and clock into the next job you’re going to before you leave.
- Travel time is charged to the job you’re going to.
Trips to places like Home Depot should be charged to the job, stay clocked in to the job while you’re going to the store.

End of the Day

Travel time is charged to the job on the way back to the office (for the last job of the day only).
The driver should wait to clock out of the last job until they return to the office.
- Any crew member who is not a driver should not be clocked in during this time.
Clock into the yard when you return to the office if you will continue working: loading for the next day or washing the truck
