Designing waterfront landscapes requires specialized knowledge of grading, drainage, environmental considerations, and shoreline conditions. McHale creates elegant outdoor environments that maximize your property’s beauty while respecting site-specific requirements and preserving long-term performance. With landscape architecture, construction, masonry, carpentry, and maintenance handled by one experienced team, every waterfront project receives careful coordination from beginning to end.

Every remarkable landscape begins with a carefully developed design tailored to your property’s character and your family’s lifestyle. Our designers thoughtfully integrate plantings, hardscapes, outdoor living features, circulation, and seasonal interest into one cohesive master plan. As your single-source partner, McHale ensures the original vision remains consistent throughout construction and continues to flourish through professional landscape maintenance.

Our skilled in-house carpentry team creates custom structures that enhance both the beauty and functionality of your outdoor living spaces. From pergolas and arbors to decks, fences, screened porches, green roofs, and additions, every feature is crafted to complement your home’s architecture. Because our carpenters collaborate closely with designers and builders, every element fits seamlessly within your completed landscape.

Exceptional masonry provides the structure and character that define luxury outdoor spaces. Our experienced in-house masons build patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, arrival courts, brickwork, and natural stone features with precision and craftsmanship. By integrating masonry into the overall design-build process, McHale delivers cohesive outdoor spaces that are both visually striking and built to withstand years of everyday living.

Beautiful landscapes deserve expert care long after construction is complete. McHale provides comprehensive maintenance services, including garden care, seasonal blooms, pest management, turf management, and special-event landscaping. As your lifelong landscape partner, we understand every detail of your property because we designed and built it ourselves, allowing us to protect your investment while keeping it healthy, vibrant, and beautiful year-round.
