Our design build and maintenance teams have been improving this secluded waterfront estate property since 2008. The original design build scope of work included transplanting fifteen existing 8″ caliper Red Maples and constructing an outdoor kitchen and pergola, swimming pool, fire pit, driveway, and extensive ornamental plantings throughout the property. Additionally, we graded, sodded, and irrigated over nine acres of the property. Our maintenance crews provide weekly garden and turf care, water management, and arbor care. This private, waterfront estate has truly become luxurious and elegant retreat.
