This quaint, Eastern Shore waterfront bungalow style cottage was recently remodeled. Our firm was contacted to install a new granite bordered arrival court, cottage style fencing, and a colorful planting scheme. Mature shade trees that completely blocked the front entry were removed to make the cottage more welcoming and approachable to visitors. The new Texas beige gravel driveway is bordered with true granite pavers that lead to the brick arrival landing and front entry walk. The white painted cedar fence highlights the colorfully planted entry.
